Production of Linopan Chipboard
The production of Linopan chipboard starts with the reception of the raw materials The choice of the raw materials allows offering a pure wood board.
By chipping wood logs, Linopan still produces real chipboard, with very fine and light chips. The chips are mixed with the sawdust and the wood shavings, and before going to the dryer, all this material is purified by air to take out stones, metals and other strange materials.
After drying, the chips are separated in 3 different fractions, allowing to make mixtures of different chip sizes to make different kind of boards upon customers wishes.
The chip mixtures are glued with environmentally friendly glues.
After cooling, the boards are sanded and go, either to the packing line, or to the cut-to-size equipment.
