On the furniture line, following manipulations can be offered:
Edging - Drilling - Grooving - Cutting - Combiform |
The technology of the furniture is defined by starting from one mother board, to end up with one end size.
The mother board is loaded into the system. This mother board size is defined by the end size of the piece that is to be produced, so that only the waste of cutting end machining is to be considered.
First, the board is cut in the long side, so that the width of the cut size is corresponding with the width of the end piece that is to be produced. Up to 5 equal pieces can to be obtained from 1 mother board.
After cutting, the pieces are seperated, so that piece per piece is going into the long side edging machine.
In the long side edging machine, the pieces can be edged and grooved into the long sides.
After the long side manipulations, the pieces are going into the second cutting tool.
Once again, up to 5 pieces can be obtained from 1 piece.
After separation, the pieces are turned, so that the short sides of the pieces can be edged and grooved
The complete edged and grooved pieces can now be drilled into the two in-line drilling stations.
After drilling, the pieces can be split up once again, so that double drilling is possible, this to bring up the capacity of the line.
The inspectionis done on a high quality control table, allowing to control dimensions and location of the drillings.
After Production the Wandress machine is cleaning the pieces, so that dust and particles are not on the pieces anymore before packing.
On the combiform we can make different types of rounded pieces.
In the packing station, the boards are stacked and packed according customer wish.
