Cut-to-size line
The cut-to-size line can cut boards of maximum 2650mm(9 ft) by 6300mm (21 ft) into different fix measures.
To do so , our Schelling-Line is foreseen with a saw to cut the long side and one to cut the transverse side.
To optimize the cut patterns there is also a turning table foreseen.

General Overview |
Technology
| The maximum height of the stack that can be cut in one time is 200 mm. This stack is fed into the cut-to-size line, during the abdication the quantity of the boards is being counted automatically so that the quantity of the pack after cutting is correct. | ![]() |
| First the boards are cut on the long side, as many as there are different widths to cut. | ![]() |
| After this point the boards are transported to the reverse saw where the length is cut. It is possible to have two or even more different fix measures out of one motherboard. | ![]() |
| The motherboard is calculated by making combinations of different fix masses. Hereby there is looked to have a width between 2650 mm (xx ft) and 2400 mm (XX ft), because this is the range of the press which delivers the boards. | ![]() |
| The stacking is done automatically, keeping in mind the wishes of the customer. | ![]() |
