Our FIRE RETARDANT BOARD has been tested at the University of Gent to prove its fire retardant qualities*.

Linopan applies a patented method to produce fire retardant chipboard. This method allows producing low-density boards with good technical values and fire retardant, classified in class 1, according to the BS 476-part 7-1987.

The low density brings down transport costs for the board and for the finished product.

The LINOPAN F-R boards are perfect for overlay with wood veneer and melamine impregnated paper.
